On 12-23-24; I had the pleasure of working with Darren Badillo (sales rep), Corey Davis (GM) and Stacey from the finance dept. When I say I received A1 service would be an understatement. This dealership and the employees made buying a car seem like walking in a pizza shop and ordering a slice of pizza (that simple). This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

I recently bought a 2021 Tesla. I buy most of my cars online and sight unseen. The bottom line is that I had a great experience with VINs. Louis and Corey were great and worked through several unanticipated issues with me. They were honest and would not give me the car until it was in pristine condition. my 2015 Jaguar XJ all wheel drive 3.0 V6, what can I say other than I love it these cars are built much different than the average they do require maintenance again ,they do require maintenance ,if you do not believe in maintaining your car this is not the car for you however if you do maintain your car this car will shine for you ,beautiful to look at beautiful to ride in , wonderful incredible road manners a real gentleman on the road and a sports car in sheep‘s clothing ,over the top luxury the interior is incredibly beautiful love the lines of the exterior haven’t had a problem with it , the supercharged V6 kick butt and yet delivers great gas mileage I am a big fan of Jaguar‘s that’s why I own 2 xj’s . I have owned three Mercedes-Benz and I can actually say I would never own another, I realize the cost in owning a jag but it’s the price to pay to be this type of boss, to me nothing beats it in the interior , or Exterior style and I just can’t get past those items I haven’t had a problem as I mentioned ,however if you are buying a jag , and you’re not gonna buy a new one , I encourage you to do your homework don’t buy the cheapest jag buy the best maintain jag , do your homework even BMW Mercedes Audi have people who ,buy them and are slackers they don’t maintain the cars they turn them in , or literally drive them until there’s a major problem and then trade it in ,don’t be cheap realize what you’re driving and maintain it there’s nothing like looking out the window into your driveway to see a gorgeous car that you don’t see pulling around the corner at every other stoplight the stares you’ll get will really blow you away as though ,you are royalty or a celebrity but that’s what you get when you drive a jag

A very pleasant experience from the time I drove into the service entrance. It was my first time to have my car serviced there and they explained everything and showed me the options for where to wait until they finished. My only disappointment was they didn't use synthetic oil, which I thought was standard with them. It wasn't their mistake. It was mine. I will be sure to ask for it the next time it is seviced.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!
