Love this car. Had it for 3 years now. I would recommend getting a after market intake and intercooler.. stock is was to small.. they put in a a4 intercooler to s4 which cause some issues if you live in a hot state like I do.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. The no haggle made my purchase easy and everyone I dealt with with helpful and kind. I have already told all of my friends and will be purchasing all my vehicles from here moving forward.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

First let me say that I have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years. I have found that negotiating an agreement with the management is always a nerve-racking hassle. My point is that I always do extensive research into every aspect before talking with a dealer so I am well prepared to "haggle" with the dealership to get my best deal possible. Because I am 6'8" tall and just don't fit into most cars made today, I have been purchasing full size conversion vans for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, conversion vans are almost impossible to find in New England. To make matters worse, unbeknownst to me, they stopped making the style of van that suits my needs in 2014. I now was forced to search for that nearly impossible to find used conversion van in great condition with low mileage. After months of looking, I finally saw a van on the internet at a Ferrari dealership in Massachusetts that looked interesting and just had a price drop. My wife and I decided to take the 45 minute drive to the dealership to see the van. I searched for a "friendly looking" sales person and asked if he could help me. Fortunately, Esmael Rodrigues was the person who took the van in trade and knew all the details. I explained my situation and he took my wife and me to see the van. We liked the van and went back to Esmael's office to discuss what each of us needed to make a deal happen. I asked that the sales manager be in on our negotiations from the start. While we waited for the sales manager we had a friendly conversation about our travel experiences. Somehow the traditional adversarial car buyer versus dealer conflict disappeared and it was friends talking about their past experiences. Somehow, whatever charisma we had going on increased when Chris Lozanski, the sales manager walked in. We didn't talk about the van; we talked about our interests and life experiences for quite a while. When we got back to talking about the van it was almost like we were old friends that had a shared problem that we both wanted to solve for our mutual benefit. Being a Ferrari dealership, they specialized in selling expensive, high end 2-door sports cars to a certain type of customer. Unfortunately, Chris acquired an 18' long "fancy passenger van" (that could probably fit one of his Ferrari's inside the van) as a trade in deal. The 4 year old van with 8 doors and a bed inside had been sitting on the lot for months and was not the type of vehicle Chris usually sold. Chris knew he needed to move the van that didn't fit into his normal inventory range. There was no haggling, no high pressure to buy this product or pay extra for some other service. Just friends helping each other solve a problem. We signed the papers and I gave them a certified check. Unfortunately the actual delivery of the van was a little more complicated because of differing state laws, the Christmas - New Years Holidays, and unforeseen mechanical problems. As part of the "dealer prep," they discovered a few problems that were fixed under the manufacturer?s warranty. In addition, they also replaced 4 tires and a wheel rim because they did not meet the Ferrari dealership?s exceptionally high standards for customer satisfaction. Our salesperson, Esmael Rodrigues, has to be the nicest and most considerate person we have ever done business with. We talked on the phone often (sometimes three times a day) as he explained a problem and how they were going to make sure that it was going to be resolved to their high customer satisfaction standards. Instead of sending a "runner" to perform the ordinary mundane tasks, Esmael personally drove the van everywhere to get whatever procedure needed to be accomplished. In fact, I was so impressed with Esmael that I actually designed and handmade a special gift because of his commitment to total customer satisfaction. Al Warwick, RI

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I bought this car in early 2025 with 58,000 orig miles. A 6 cyl automatic. Still runs good, plenty of power, ac is still cold. Not a fancy car, but is dependable. Comfortable seats .

We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. We decided to purchase a new Rav 4, and the process was so easy, and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle! Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

Most fun car I've had since my 85 Vette. Beautiful design that gets tons of attention. Elegant interior reeks of style and class. Unexpected performance from the 3.0 Supercharged engine that will leave others in your dust. I have put over 60,000 miles on the car and have not had any maintenance issues. Overall I could not rate this car any higher. Love it!

Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again

The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.
