Bought this used car 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S three years ago with just over 100,000 miles and I’ve had nothing go wrong with the car since day one.

I have purchased two cars from them so far and each experience was a satisfactory one! From buying my first car on my own to trading it for a newer one they have amazing customer service and want each customer to leave happy! I bought the car used at 191,669 and she now at 208,781 miles. She is a good reliable car the only things that broke where thing the previous owner neglected, headliner was removed before I got her. She ran out of coolant when I first got it and over heated and the temp gauge topped out but few thousand miles later head gasket is fine the only problem is a slight lifter tick that was there when i bought the car. She will spin tire if you know how. The seats are comfortable

This dealership is fantastic!! Highly recommend it. Honest, straightforward and not pushy. I learned that it is a family run business that goes way back and it shows. I recently purchased a toyota highlander with Beth. Despite this crazy pandemic time of trying to buy a car, she made the process so easy and straightforward and I loved working with her. The dealership fees are not high either compared with many others. Also, I noticed that the dealership greats great service reviews which is highly unusual as well! Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

I was interested in working with this dealership as a few people in the area who know dealerships and cars recommended this dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership has a good ambience. I worked with Beth Clemmer who is very knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesperson. It doesn't seem to be a high pressure place and the sales people like working there.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Better then a corvette, I have owned many vetted. The v coupe I own the very best, hands down. Ride, performance, looks, style, they are limited in production, they hold value. Much better. If you break them, and repair needed, BRING YOUR WALLET, NOT CHEAP.

On a road-trip from NW PA to NC my Sorento engine decided to go in Baltimore, MD. We had family in Harrisonburg, VA so we left my car at a mechanic in Baltimore while we decided what to do. So glad we did! I called 3 different dealers in the Baltimore area and not one would work with us on the trade or help figure out what to do about my Sorento engine. Steven Kia was able to give me 2k in trade (seriously, the engine was toast) and had my poor Sorento towed the 2.5hrs to their dealership! Cole was able to get us into a 2023 Sportage the same day and we were able to safely get to NC and then back up to NC. As much as I LOVED my Sorento, this new Sportage rides like a dream and the features are fantastic. Not sure what we would have done had it not been for Steven Kia!

Steven Kia went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle. Courtney was the main representative who remained in contact with me through the week, as my vehicle needed several things. I also was offered an Uber back to my home, since my vehicle was staying overnight.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Courtney was amazing and Mr Good who took me to my was a delightful gentleman. And I was surprised that they were going to deliver my car to our home. Therefore my husband did not need to me to the dealership.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I had an absolute fantastic experience working with my local Steven KIA dealer in Harrisonburg, VA. I had originally begun to look online on sites like Carfax and Autotrader, and found similar cars to what was offered at this dealership, but Steven KIA offered a more "fair price" compared to the dealers that I spoke with closer to NOVA. I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

As a mom I need a car, but buying one is typically a daunting stressful task. Working with Tera eased the stressful process. Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles
