I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! Special shout out to Tre Neal who made sure I got everything I wanted in a new car and even went all the way to Maryland to personally pick up my new ride!!! Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I had a great experience with the parts department — especially with Taylor, Kam, and Chad. They diligently helped me figure out exactly which tail light bulb was out, and made sure I got the correct replacement. The whole team took excellent care of me, and they did it quickly, too. I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency!

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

XLE Camry. Top of the line of the Camrys and has better/safer features that are not available in the LE or SE. I have owned all of them. Lane shifting, blind spot, cruise control automatic traffic stop, self steering with supervision to name a few. Feel much safer in this one than the others on the highways. Love the back up camera. No more twisting.

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax
