What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

11/28/2025 I called Schneider at around 7:52 a.m. He then gave me the towing company’s number to arrange for the car to be towed at 8:39 a.m.
 At 9:29 a.m., Schneider called me to inform me that the tow truck had arrived at the dealership and that they were going to find out what happened with the power steering. He called me later and told me that the car was ready. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to check whether I was covered by my extended warranty. I had a great experience with Schneider. Kami P.

They are efficient at getting you in and registered. They've remodeled the service reception area for the better. I thinking that making an appointment doesn't matter. It always takes at least 2 hours before they have a chance to look my truck over and text their findings. There's always something other than what I came in for that is recommended to be addressed. My main gripe is that they don't wash my truck. I've asked for it to washed when i checking in and when I receive my vehicle it isn't washed. It's a small thing overall but it gets me every time.
