Browsing the internet we found the car we wanted...but was just a bit out of our comfort zone. Taking a stab in the dark we called the dealership to see what the bottom line was that they could take for the vehicle. We told them upfront what we were willing to pay, and what we wanted for our trade. 30 minutes later we got in the car and made the 1 1/2 trip to the dealership. We didn't have to play the # game that many other dealerships play. The only thing I was not impressed with was many repairs had to be made to the vehicle as it had not been serviced yet, which delayed the delivery of the car by some time. The customer service was excellent and definately gave me some faith that not all car dealerships are shady!! Thanks!! Salesperson- Joyce Peters!!!

I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! Excellent experience and good to see there are honest, reliable and caring used car dealers out there. City Wide will definitely get my business again when time to upgrade or get another vehicle.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

So this is my second time buying a car from Vin Devers and From Ziad. If that doesn't say it, let me give you some insight. I'm from out of state and saw the car listing. Texted Ziad and within just few minutes he called me and told me all the details about the car. He sent me detailed picture and when I asked for more he sent me more details pictures. He also sent my on online package with all the details about the vehicle including the CarFax, service records, etc. I asked about my trade-in and he asked me for a VIN and pictures. He gave me a range that was satisfactory to me. I drove over to the dealership on Saturday, only to find him and Brian waiting. The car was waiting right there shiny and ready to be test-driven. Liked the car and they had the paperwork ready. In under two hours I was driving home with my new ride. I noticed couple tings with the car, so I texted Ziad on Sunday and he was very responsive and offered to send someone to pickup the car and even provide me with a loaner while he takes care of the issue. In short, those guys and all who work in this dealership went above and beyond. I felt at home and don't ever remember having a better car buying experience in the 20 cars I bought in my life. Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

A courteous and friendly staff who not only maintained good communication, but took my trade-in and helped me finance my new car in one easy process. Nick is a great guy to work with!

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.
