Went with my son to buy a new car for him because he wrecked his last one. This was the only place I could find a Honda CR-V in a manual transmission. Bought it and a couple months down the line absolutely no issues with it. My son is very happy with his new car and my money was well spent on a car that is very reliable.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

I have a tan 2005 Subaru Outback I got it 6 years ago for 6,000. now it’s at 178k miles. Did it really go up in value? or is this a brand new one? (Just had an issue - starter, replaced it - he said “clearly you take very good care of it, gonna in good shape for a long time now”)

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

This is the 4th car we have bought from this dealership. Each time, we’ve had a different sales rep, and each now has been professional and very kind. The service department is always fabulous, does great work. We bought a Titan today and our rep, Andrew Griglio, was awesome. He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Was shopping for a used bmw and visited Mike at Northside Imports. I ended up buying a 2012 5 series sedan was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I have bought three cars from here over the years. All of them ran great and only cost me minimal maintenance. The service they provide me is always on point and pricing is very fair. Always a happy customer with my used car purchases from these guys!

I have had my 05 Altima for 18 years. Still running fine except for a few hiccups here and there which are expected for any machine. It now has over 200K miles and hopefully will last to 300K or more.

They worked with me when i had bad credit. I was really trying to avoid a buy here pay here lot and didnt want a car that was $15k plus either so i gave this dealership a try. She got me approved within a payment i was comfortable with and got a car under $10k.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. Just eclipsed 300K miles last week with my 2008 Hyundai Elantra! Bought it new and have replaced the alternator and that’s about it. Am faithful about oil changes every 8-10k miles. Amazing! Hope to retire in less than two years and drive 30k miles a year. Hoping it will last!

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

Great car, worked really well the entire time I had it. Drove it probably 20,000 miles in 2 or so years. Doesn't have all the super new features, but for how old it is it's pretty solid

Initially I was apprehensive about getting a Toyota corolla because of the lack of power and handling, but after 12 years of ownership, I must say that the reliability and low cost of ownership more than make up for its lackluster performance which means more money in my pocket, and that's what count with todays economy.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.
