This was my first ever car & it’s 20+ years old, driving any other car makes me miss my mercury, the steering is so nice & she glides over bumps & dips. Amazing car.

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

Bought a used 2010 Kia Forte with about 80k miles back in 2017. This was my first car and boy was it reliable. It was pretty good on gas and it was no sports car, but it had just enough power to get up and go on the highway. It did have an unusual ticking noise coming from the engine since the day I purchased it but it still ran normal. We made it through some extreme winters and summers and it never left me stranded. I owned the car for almost 7 years and never had any major issues up until recently. I was able to make it to about 198k miles before the engine crapped out. Overall, I loved this little car and would recommend it to any first time drivers.

I had a great experience. Ben Hooper was extremely helpful in getting me into the car i wanted. No high pressure or stress. He just made the process very simple, relaxed, and memorable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and will come back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

Corbin in the Parts Dept. went above and beyond to help me find a $3 clip. Not a big sale, but he spent the time nevertheless and really helped me out. Thanks Corbin!

I bought my Charger R/T new in 2009. It has 180,000 miles now. It runs and looks like new. The Mercedes valve body did fail, but the lifetime power train warranty fixed it. Even the leather seats look new.

I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.

Hands down, best car I have ever owned. V6 runs like a Swiss watch, smooth trans, lots of power and great fuel economy as well. Great job Toyota

The Porsche of Bellevue service department exceeds expectations once again. They provided me with a reliable estimate of time and cost, required to repair my Cayenne. As soon as the parts arrived, they installed them the same day. My thanks goes out for getting the job done well and on time.

Lee was and is very helpful and offers good advice about car care. He spent the time to tell me what tires would be good for my vehicle. I had a number of questions and he answered them all. He is always friendly and courteous and considerate.

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

It’s definitely a fun small car! Great as a daily driver. Fits everything you need and does really good on gas. The power is also definitely there when you need it!

My wife and I were a walk-in to the dealership looking to buy a new Audi SQ5. Greeted by Jereck Galloway, we were shown an SQ5 and given a lengthy test drive. After looking at two other makes, we went back to Audi Bellevue to drive the vehicle again and were given another test drive by Spencer Kinghorn, Jereck's associate..We decided to buy the Audi. Complications arose when the vehicle in the color we wanted was at another dealership. Audi Bellevue attempted to trade for the vehicle but were told it was not available. Several days later, Jereck contacted us and said that the vehicle was indeed available at their dealership. Both Jereck and Spencer were very professional and accommodative to our needs during the entire process. A job well done! They made the process very easy and enjoyable.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

This is my 3rd X5 and my 2nd X5 purchased from BMW of Bellevue. Will probably purchase a 3rd within the next couple of years. They must be doing something right?.

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. Fun little car. Great gas mileage. Worth the money. Awesome in cab features. Reliable. The 2.0 engine will never let you down. Never had a problem. Replaced fuel tank and that was it. Fast and always shifted perfect in my automatic.

I made an appointment with Jason Chen with Painless auto to look at a BMW X5 diesel. Car was great. I have never bought a car so fast. Jason was so efficient and very professional. I’ll be back to purchase other cars from him.

We bough this car used in August from a Nissan dealer. There were some hidden problems that unfortunately the dealer did not disclose right away. Window regulator apparently are a problem with this car as well as engine burning oil prematurely. I performed a two-day cylinder soak and upgraded to a higher quality oil and the oil burning is no longer an issue. Apart from these problems, the car has been great for us. No other issues and the EX version is really loaded (it even has ventilated seats). Multimedia gets slow after being updated, be aware. But updates adds some features like, for example, lowering the fan speed when you get a call or ask to read a message. It is compatible with android auto and apple car play, not wireless but you can get one of those adapters.

I highly recommend this dealership, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Low-stress environment and they were willing to negotiate on price. If you have the chance, ask for Caesar!

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. And I still have it 2025 and I have 165 thousand miles on it and I’ve taken really good care of my vehicle and I have changed the oil every 5 thousand miles and I’ve only used mobile 1 full synthetic ever since I had 30 thousand miles on it. And I have kept up with everything it needs and my car runs like the day I bought it out of the showroom. And I bought the 4.6 liter V8 and I have one thing wrong with the sensors and I think it’s just a fuse. So yeah it’s a great car. And I’ll never get rid of it. And it’s basically all highway miles on it. And make sure that you buy the tires that came with the car because I bought Michelin‘s and they felt like I was driving a truck. So I went with the deltas and they are great tires for the car.
