Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

Yesterday I brought my Tiguan in to purchase a new tire. The service rep was able to fix my flat instead of pushing into buying a new tire. Volkswagen of South Charlotte is like no other dealership. They treat their customers fairly and honestly.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

I went to Momentum hoping to find a new car and left with exactly what I was looking for a 2019 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring Reserve in Snowflake White Pearl Mica two tone gray and black interior. When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Great customer service, great flexibility in the negotiation process. One oft he true Genesis dealerships in the area. That is why the facility only getsv3 stars...all Still Hyundai branded. Other then that no complaints at all

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Kept me informed of a major repair. The justification was well explained with back up video showing the issues. The vehicle came back timely and clean.

Visited the dealership a couple of times to see whether I fit in certain vehicles (I'm 6' 7"), and Charles and Garrett were very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful during both visits. I didn't buy anything at the time simply because I didn't fit comfortably in the vehicles I was interested in; but based on how earnest they were, they're a strong contender for when it's time for me make a move on an exotic.

Ask for Tony. Polite and courteous through out the buying process. Lots to choose from. No pressure sales.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I visited MB of Northlake about a month ago just browsing and “considering” purchasing a GLE. I met a sales agent by the name of Miller Harris, who was just amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, talking me through the intricate details of each one. He wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase. Upon wrapping up that visit, he simply gave me his contact info and let me know that he was there if I wanted to proceed. This was such a relief as it gave me the freedom and time that I wanted to fully consider my purchase and make a well informed decision! A month later, I purchased my brand new GLE 53 with him! The transaction was smooth and well coordinated, and I was only in the dealership for 45 mins to complete the purchase. You really can’t ask for much more than that! Very well done! I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

I bought it new. Mine is manual transmission. I have 162k miles, I have never had a problem. I have only done oil changes and tires. It's best car I have ever owned.
