This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

I was looking for a Buick Regal and found a 2016 with mileage under 100,000, one owner, and no wrecks with a good Carfax report. The Carfax report was good and I liked how the car looked from the pictures. I called and put $500 down. I got financing and worked with Tammy at the dealership. After all the paperwork was done and the car was mine, I drove from Dayton Ohio to New Bedford MA, (a bit more than 800 miles) to pick up the car. I drove the car on vacation from there to Fort Washington MD and then back to Dayton OH. That was roughly 1,000 miles. The car runs well and it was everything that I expected it to be. In fact, I called the Dealership and asked them to find a 2020 Buick Regal in the same shape as the one I bought from them, I would drive back and trade what I bought for a newer model. Given that I bought the car based on a CarFax report and the pictures, I would recommend buying from Ralph's Auto Center. I had no problems in dealing with them or the car.

Love this I live in West Virginia and would prefer to drive the Mazda 6 over any 4 wheel drive vehicle. It goes so amazing in the snow

Just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can not say enough great things about my experience. My wife and I worked with Jason and he was tremendous. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.
