This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

Super fast. Very comfortable interior. Simply a pleasure to drive. A couple of annoying caveats about the interior design, specifically the door lock switch being in the center of the dashboard, and the window seals around the driver side and passenger side front windows can leak a little air at high speeds. Those are superficial.

I worked with Charlie Leang on the purchase of my new Subaru Forester. I looked at a variety of brands and models before I decided on the Forester. After meeting a variety of salespeople at different dealerships, I was very pleased to find Charlie. He was professional, personable patient and most importantly very knowledgeable. The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

I've owned this car for 6 years with 123k km and it was the most reliable car I've ever owned, it's very fast in a straight line too, wicked performance, the B58 is so good that Toyota borrowed it lol, one tiny thing I didn't like was how the steering wheels feels in comfort, it was too much of a electric feel but was easily fixed by some wider mitchellin tires. But just do you regularly oil change and you're good, 2015+ BMW's are very very reliable, that's something I thought I'd never day.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

This car was the most reliable car I have ever owned. have had a number of new and used cars, I found the Mercury Milan to have great styling, handled beautifully, and never broke down. I always wonder why they stopped making this model.

I bought my 2013 S6 used with 121k Mi in 2019 from a dodge stealership for $21k. At that price I knew something was wrong, but took the gamble. To my delight, it was only a coolant leak that the Audi stealership fixed for about a grand. In the +23K miles that I've put on it, I've only had to replace breaks, front wheel hub, and control arms, which is expected at that mileage. I've never been left stranded. I've upgraded the ECU and TCU software and have lowered the car using VCDS, and none of that has given me any issues, only increased driving enjoyment. Then after a month of owning it, my GF discovered that my front seats have built in massage! I've owned 2 Audis before this and a dozen other cars, and I have to say this is my favorite by a huge margin, and an excellent value. It really is the prefect blend of comfort and performance. I just got the parts to convert to E85, will be adding near another 80HP and paying a $ a gallon less for fuel, couldn't be happier! Now it's paid off, I can spend $ on upgrades and get the handling on par with other high performance sedans in it's segment.

I bought my 2004 325i in 2005 with about 20,000 km on it. It has been very reliable and has all the features I could want in a car. It's still running perfectly with about 275,000 km on it now. I do maintenance as recommended by the BMW club which includes some preventive maintenance. Repair costs have been about the same as other cars. If you are looking for a good used car, the 2003 to 2005 BMW 325i should be on your list.

I inherited this car from my mom is 2017. We call him flash because he is so fast. This car has been absolutely great in the 17 years it’s been in my family. I’m now looking to upgrade but am honestly sad to say goodbye to him. This car was fantastic for city driving and constant trips up and down the island.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.
