I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned. The ride is smooth and interior is one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. I have about 50k miles on the car and the engine has performed flawlessly. Have only had to spend on normal maintenance.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

Bought a used one in November 2023 with 24k miles. Car pulls like a train in any gear. The sport transmission lets you shift and downshift at the moment you press the paddles. There’s no delay. I typically drive the car in sport+. I was able to hit 60 in 4.2 seconds without launch control. I can’t totally speak for reliability but the car so far is good. I have only driven 1000 miles with the car though. The cons I noticed are The dual climate zones don’t have a sync button. So you manually have to change both climate controls, The plastic ac unit cover is pretty flimsy and bends in when you push hard, the trunk button sits a little low for you push when your in the drivers seat. It’s near the front hoodlatch. Most cars have the lock button on the door, for the bmw f30, it’s on top of the hazard lights which is in the center console, also, the Ambient lighting has two lights, orange or white. And both are really dim. Most of these “cons” are personal things. The car drives wonderful and handles amazing. Would recommend this car.

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

The CC does all the basics really well and with a dash of sportiness and style. I've had my 2015 CC-R 2.0 6MT for five years and it's been as reliable as a wood stove. Exterior styling won't age. Interior is Germanic with form following function -- nothing fancy. Engine is torquey and responsive. Ride is smooth and compliant. It soaks up bumps without feeling cushy or isolating the driver from the road. Handling is sharp and precise. Highway mileage is in the high 30s. It doesn't proclaim status, but if you're into artful subtlety it's a satisfying drive and ownership experience.

Bought a truck for great value here, it was well maintained and exactly as advertised, they were transparent about some of its "quirks" that just come with wear and tear, and the sale went smooth. Would highly recommend.

2007 Kia Spectra hatchback automatic with 270,000 kms , still running strong, very cheap on insurance and gas, owned since 140,000 kms and besides the normal replacing of parts from wear and tear we haven't had to do major work, still using as a spare vehicle, would buy other spectras 10x over.
