I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

When you invest the kind of money one does now days in a vehicle, you want a competent sales person who is patient and professional. You especially want one who goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. I had originally went to get my CLS-550 fixed in order to be able to pass inspection and to fix injectors, lights, spark plugs, and battery. Upon getting my car back from the service department I happen to see a S-class 550 4matic on the lot which I did not see a week ago. Funny that was their because I always wondered if they ever get this car on trade. Found out it was very rare indeed. I looked it over and was asked If I was interested which I was and took it for a drive. Needless to say the car was absolutely flawless. Could not find a cratch or inperfection on it inside or out. I had red about S-classes being top notch and this lived up to that. After wating to see if someone else was going to purchase it and failed, it was then my turn and seeing that this is a rare occasion I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I like the idea that they were not high pressure sales at all and were straight up with the whole experience. Love driving this work of art and its like driving on a cloud. Thanks Neil and Jake!!

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

I traded in my 2015 Mustang Gt with 127,000 miles on it for a 2017 TAURUS SHO ,,that was the only car I wanted to replace the horsepower I had in the Mustang Gt @435hp I knew that the TAURUS SHO has 365hp ...70 horsepower less than the V8 .THATS all I needed to satisfy my need for power. The 2017 Taurus SHO had 73,000 the ride is great and the car is roomy just enough for me It was bigger than i thought if you look at the stance of the car you see it's aggressive sport appearance with a huge trunk space 20 inch wheels . The accessories ohh wow let's just say it's Little brother's SE,SEL,and LIMITED don't have what the SHO has plus AWD .Ive Had the FORD FIVE HUNDRED LIMITED which was a great car didn't care for the lack of horsepower in such a big car 3.0 with 203 hp. The Taurus SHO is a sleeper sports sedan it has lots of accessories that many European cars have for that year (2017) and it can beat an AUDI A5 The TAURUS SHO was FORD FASTEST SEDAN.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.
