I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns. She even ensured that I was taken care of while she was out on vacation – I mean really, this is truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Many thanks to Brian Yeager, Manager of the Service Department, who handled my concerns while Angie was away. Brian equally has an exceptional team, and those representatives include Marcel and Damon who also helped me while Angie was away. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and the exceptional customer service I received. Ultimately, I purchased a beautiful 2025 Nissan Kicks from Salesman Nicholas Ihuoma, who managed the purchase of my vehicle. Thanks so much Nicholas. Also, many thanks to Jose Alvarado Melgar who managed the finance piece for me. I must give; however, the biggest thanks to Michael Andersen, one of their newest salespeople who was assisting Nicholas. Michael walked me through the dealership and explained all the nuances of each of the cars I was interested in – literally everything about the Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue and listened and talked to me about concerns I had with the Nissan Rogue. We walked up on the Nissan Kicks, and I knew that was my car. It wasn’t the color I wanted but Michael made sure that I got the beautiful Scarlet Ember color I wanted with the full package. I’ve never received a brand-new car with the hood, seats and tires covered in plastic, but Michael made sure that I was getting exactly what I asked for and I absolutely did. This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

Best prices, drove from PA to get our lexus, happy with the car we paid in full took 10 minutes to wrap up the deal

Great reliable, durable and efficient car. Decent performance for what it is. Mines at 238000 miles and has had no major issues. Just routine maintenance. 10/10 would recommend for a cheap lowkey daily driver :)

I bought XJ8VDP in 2004 at 23,000 miles. I still own it in 2024 with 192000+ miles. Chain tensioners failed but after repairs, the motor has never failed. Burns no oil, leaks nothing. The coach is still the most beautiful design ever, timeless. Fit and finish in the interior remains perfect. I had to replace the headliner and front seat skins. The rear doorlock actuators also failed but these things can't go forever. A little fiddling and it's perfect, again. It's really my favorite car .. others are 2014 Porsche, 1996 Dodge Viper, 1959 Jaguar XK150. THIS ONE (and the 59) turns heads at gas stations every time.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

The 2018 LS500h RWD was on the dealer's lot for nearly 18 months. No one seemed to want it. But I (we) did! We haggled, beat up the sales people, they beat us up, and in the end my wife won. In late 2019, we traded a 2018 RX450h, less than a year old, and bought the luxury version LS w/dynamic suspension, massaging seats, etc) for less than half the asking price out-the-door with extended warranty and service packages (b/c of lot depreciation(!)) and my wife's insistence that everything be a fixed price. They had to reverse engineer the paperwork to suit. So, this car now has nearly 20K miles on it, and the last time on the highway from my sister's to our home (~210 miles) WI to IL, the LS500h averaged 36.3mpg! That is crazy for 75mph + on the freeways and snaking around streets here in a ~4800 lb. vehicle. Around the area in Will and DuPage counties, this LS averages about 29mpg in the summer and 25mpg in the winter. And it is comfortable as a feather to drive. Yes, the automatic shifting could be smoother, but we found that in the "normal" mode and Sport mode especially the shifting was just fine (and quick - I can lay rubber with it). Tire wear is a bit noticeable as this point, b/c this is a heavy vehicle. But I have never driven any more comfortable auto in my 73 years on the planet. Lexus did a very nice job with the hybrid version of the LS in 2018.

Recently worked with Annapolis Volvo and Devin Anderson on the purchase of a CPO XC90. Excellent experience from his product knowledge during the test drive to finalizing the financing. I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

Dean Cunningham, the sales manager, also helped work out the details. My wife and I have been buying Mercedes cars from this dealership for over forty years and each transaction had been superb.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. He even drove to another lot to pick up the GLA 300 so I could look at it. I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

I am so happy & proud to be the first time owner of my CLS 400 matic Mercedes-Benz. I am very happy with this car & still have a lot to learn about it. I do find the controls to be a little difficult to use. I must say there's no comparison to the Lexus that I previously owned to my new Mercedes. I just wished I had made the change sooner!

Bought it on 2015 with 74000 miles, excellent car, pleasure to drive it everyday! I put new Arnott Air shocks , 4 new tires and regular oil changes! I have 99000 miles now and still going strong!
