Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!

We were purchasing a used vehicle, but the vehicle had been cleaned and had a few maintenance/service/repairs done. It looked and felt almost like a new vehicle! Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I purchased a brand new, 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor. Form the very beginning with my initial inquiry that started with speaking with Kaylee, followed by Jonah in finance, the sales manager Tyree and then ultimately the representative who worked with me, Logan - this was nothing short of an easy and pleasurable experience. I never felt pushed, I was offered a test drive (which I took) and Logan was very personable and made me feel at ease during the test drive. After the drive Logan was extremely thorough in going through all of the features of the vehicle. He was open to any and all questions and concerns, and where he wasn't 100% sure of something, he was 100% sure he would find out and provide the answers needed. From start to finish this was an incredibly simple and extremely friendly process. Living approximately one hour away from the dealership, the experience made it completely worth the ride to and from the dealership and not only would I HIGHLY recommend Ciocca Ford of Quakertown, but I would HIGHLY recommend Logan Young as your Sales Associate. Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

I have owned the car since new. It has been very reliable, extremely comfortable, beautiful and a joy to drive. I strongly recommend it for anyone. I was t-boned by a large pickup truck who ran a red light. The car saved our lives.

Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I bought many cars before, but nothing as great as this one! My experience was absolutely fantastic! I worked closely with Adam Timar. He helped us navigate this process as easily as possible. He made it a positive experience for me, my wife and my two children. If I ever need another car, I will be a customer there forever!
