Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

I was very impressed with the quick response I received from both Jeff Meadows and Matt Borsecnik when I had inquired about the CX-5 SUV. After my initial conversation with Jeff, Matt called me back within 15 minutes to let me know they had the vehicle I was interested in and it had been pulled off the floor waiting for my arrival! Matt was accommodating to my schedule for a test drive. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and offered me the special financing that was available for the CX-5. Within 3 days of our first conversation I was the proud owner of a new shiny red Mazda CX-5!

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

We worked with Kyle on our purchase, very knowledgeable, and we ended up getting the car that we wanted at a fair price. Met many of the staff, all very friendly. The only improvement opportunity, was the process took a long time. They seemed to be very busy, and somewhat understaffed, so they were dong their best, but it made for about a 7 hour event over two days. RB

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Looking for a new vehicle. Stopped into Zimbrick Hyundai to test drive two different models. Was shocked at how nice it was to have a no pressure test drive. Let me really get a feel for the vehicles. Although I didn’t purchase that day, should I purchase a new Hyundai, I will do it at Zimbrick on the Westside! I would have given a 5 for facilities but all the vehicles inside the showroom were locked, I understand it’s due to Covid but it would be nice to look inside without a sales person.

Found our car online , James had it indoor for us to look at due to the rain . James was great to deal with and the finance department was quick. James even bought us lunch while we were waiting for the paperwork! This won?t be the last car we buy from Zimbrick

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.

This is the 4th car I bought from an excellent sales guy Charlie. Its so nice to just get what I want for a great deal. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. We are located in California and placed a lot of trust in the dealership, considering we bought the van site unseen. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!

Absolutely the best car that I’ve ever owned. If there is an issue, get fixed and she will take very good care of you. Issues will happen and they are expected and expensive but after the repairs your as good as gold. And shouldn’t experience that problem for years.

By far this is the best small car dealer compare to big and smaller ones I've ever gone to. This is a family-owned business for 20 years located in Madison. Susan who is the owner of this car dealer shop is wonderful. She worked through the approval and purchase process in a timely manner with us. They are very talkative and makes it like you are also their family. Our family car broke down so I and my husband decided to check them out for this 2018 Honda Odyssey. Turned out we made the right choice to go to them for this family car. We loved the minivan. They also have many more luxury and wonderful cars at a cheaper price! Check them out! I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems
