I couldn’t be more satisfied with my recent visit to ALM Marietta. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. My sales rep, Lou, was truly outstanding from start to finish. I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.

I’ve owned for 3 years already, and being honest it’s a painful, wallet draining car. Such a blast to drive and own but will make you spend money if you abuse it too much. A good car for someone to change to spare on maintenance. Excellent car for a 4 cylinder turbo and very practical for someone like me (father of two with friends)

Coming from out of state, I highly recommend this Dealership. No frills and games here. Had the vehicle ready to go for my test drive. Offered fair pricing for my trade. Took care of a few shortcomings with the used vehicle I purchased as a part of the deal. Staff were easy to work with and professional. I will recommend and keep them in mind for future purchases.

This is a GREAT vehicle. Chrysler finally got the roof and bonnet functioning very well. The only problem I have had is that when it is raining and I'm in the garage and exiting; there is a fair amount of dripping onto the my leg.

This month I just hit my 12-Year anniversary of owning my Brilliant Black 2010 S4. Buying it off the showroom floor (something I never do), I traded my 2002 BMW 530i and have never looked back. I snatched it up because, as the author describes, its sport seats are amazingly comfortable and supportive for rides of all lengths. The other reason was because this S4 had the 6-Speed Manual tranny and, as a old hot rodder, that feature spoke to my inner gearhead. I drove it to AZ when I relocated there months later, and the ride & comfort level were perfect! Handling was -- and still is -- like it rides on rails. As for the supercharger, it's simply a quiet BEAST. Nary a sound beyond only the faintest of a whine. And its 60/40 all-wheel drive provides an impressive launch off a light until that silent blower kicks in and brings a broad smile to this driver's face. I baby it more so now, but I still can't help but feel the thrill of taking this sleeper through its gears in quick fashion. It really never gets old. Twelve years on and 140,000 miles, and I have zero regrets. At 100,000 miles, it did require new front bushings (integrated within the control arms). However, I've yet to have to replace its well-made clutch... or the mufflers/exhaust... or the any major internal parts. And the supercharger has been totally maintenance-free. While the engine's rear main seal has finally begun to get a slight leak, only normal maintenance and new tires have had to be done. My original purchase price in 2010 was $51,000 with its only options being: > Full NAV Package > Leather Interior > 5-Tri-Spoke Aluminum Wheels At 12 years old, she looks less than half her age, with desert highway driving not doing any favors to the front-end's finish. But a fresh black paint job to the hood and front nose will resolve that. Passengers frequently comment how great its finish is, and they love that it has a stick shift. I've owned five BMWs (both 3- and 5-series) over the years, but my Audi S4 has probably been the best car purchase I ever made.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Lot of car for the price, most of the part underneath the hood are Audi's. Even though VW went low on quality with trims and plastic. They stood on mark on technology, drivability and sportiness. Lot of fun to drive with DSG especially when shifting to manual mode. Great car overall!!

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. This is my dream car, and I've owned 2 Porsches, 3 Audi S4s, and even a '15 Mustang GT, but this car is a revelation. Stupidly fast, absolutely gorgeous to look at, flawless build quality, and telepathic responses. The only possible criticism is a hard ride, but it has a comfort/dynamic setting on the sespension. I've had it for 2 years without a single issue; just regular oil changes. It's an absolute blast to drive.

Fantastic except for blizzard pearl paint recall. Great balance between performance, quality, and high mileage with almost nothing to maintain. Oil, tires, and belts and wipers are about it.

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

The car is comfortable. Great gas mileage. Good visibility. The car has proven to be a great purchase. It's really tough to find a good deal on a used car. Even tougher to find a honest dealer. (is that an oxymoron?)

Had a 2006 300c hemi. Drove for over 15 years. Never a problem. Bought tires and battery. Did give it many good runs up to 100 for short spurts and wow what a engine. Comfortable and great looking. But last year the valve seat went scratched inside cylinder couldn't fix. I never ever let it overheat. Always had the temp visible on the dash to make sure of temp. So guess was just a fluke. Exterior was perfect and interior. Always checked my oil pressure daily. Still deciding to buy rebuilt engine or salvage yard . Will keep the car. Been paid for from day one. So not afraid to spend some dollars on a engine. Never had the tic problem. Liked idea the cylinders at half mast driving in town cause I knew when I hit the hiway she would run like crazy and did. Don't be afraid to buy this older car. It's worth every penny. You will never have another car like it and I have had plenty wonderful new cars at 70. Lincolns and t-birds, caddys and one jaguar 12 cylinder in 1972.

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.
