Our Experience with the Purchase of a New Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha We recently purchased the new Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha in Omaha, NE. and could not be happier. The moment we stepped into the dealership we were impressed. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. Greg was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us, listened to what features we sought , thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions in a way that made us confident about our decision. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Financial arrangements were made after we had made our decision on the model , options and color. This too proved to be very fair and seamless. On the day of delivery, Greg again walked us thru all systems of the Q3, integrated our cell phones to the automobile and adjusted preferences for each driver. I truly cannot even begin to say enough great things about working with Becky from Subaru. I was an extremely reluctant buyer; in fact, I reached out to Subaru at the beginning of August with a few questions, and then ghosted for a month. Becky gently reached out, offered to help with questions, answered what I did ask, but never pressured me or called and emailed aggressively like other dealerships were doing. Her approach gave me space to consider my options and actually made me feel less like she wanted just another sale (which, hey, we all need to make money—not an unreasonable goal), but like I was respected as a human being. So, I began asking more questions which she had all the answers too. It began clear to me that Becky knows her stuff, believes in the quality of her product, and she knows what her buyer wants and needs: respect. So I came back. I’ve bought roughly 5 cars in my life, and at the risk of sounding cheesy, I’ve never had an experience like this. When I finally went to the dealership I was in awe of the culture, space, and warmth of the employees. Bonus: I got to bring my Great Pyrenees who was doted on and played as we went over paperwork. The thing that struck me the most is Becky knows people, and she’s not just selling, she’s helping people achieve goals, meet needs, and get a quality product. I had sworn before I went to the dealership not to walk out of there with a bunch of extra warranty packages, but I ended up choosing three, because Becky believes in her product. Because of her great work, I am a Subaru buyer for life and I will always direct anyone I know who needs a car to Baxter Subaru and tell them to ask for Becky.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

I have purchased over 40 cars in the last 20 years and today's deal at VW of LaVista was without a doubt the smoothest and most enjoyable experience that I can remember. I enjoy the car buying game and I can tell you with their transparent pricing policy there were no opportunities for any games. The listed price is the price and there aren't any added fees after the fact, not even a doc fee. I'm sure it is built in to the price, but knowing what you will spend up front is a breath of fresh air. I worked with Michael Cain and Darren Plants. They both were awesome, knowledgeable and very professional. I got a fair trade-in value and felt great about the purchase of a 2023 Arteon SEL Premium R-Line. I highly recommend the LaVista Baxter VW dealership. I will admit I did not have the same experience at the Omaha Baxter VW dealership a couple days ago.

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Nick was our service writer on October 22. We found out during the service interval check up that two wheels were slightly out of alignment and one wheel was greatly out of alignment. The alignment inspection was free and the alignment was fairly priced. The car drives much better, and Nick was very pleasant to work with.

Excellent running/performing car. Lots of power and comfort. Very stylish, sporty, classy, smooth, affordable and classy. Much nicer than Acura, Infinity, Mercedes, Audi and Tesla.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!
