John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

My tire was repaired quickly and was super clean at pick up. I made my service appointment on line and received texts/phone calls throughout the process.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Provided with a loaner while waiting for one of the replacement parts. The use of the loaner allowed me to continue going to work for 2-3 days. I paid for any toll road use and any fuel used during my trips to and from work. I am very happy :-) . Postscript: I, originally, purchased my car, new, from this dealership.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

Way to soon to say if new engine is really good as it was just recently done. It failed several Oil Consumption tests, luckily my mechanic shop was up to date on all my oil changes and car repairs. The new engine process went fairly well and I felt bad for dealership because they were in temporary offices because of new facility being built. Vinnie was first class how he handled us and treated us. He is a good man for sure.

The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!
