My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Walked in as a guest just looking 30min later ended up test driving and purchasing a used Q5 low milage with Grant smooth transaction and Jeff in financing both were great. Great experience smooth transaction.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Nice selection and fair pricing. They let me bring my mechanic to check it out, we noticed a few small maintenenace things, and they agreed to fix them. I had him check it after i bought it and he said they did everything they said they would and had it taken care of thats all i can ask for these days. nice car i love our jeep!

I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

So much fun to drive and very smooth. It shifts into gears smoothly. Seats are very comfy . High performance. Perfect for someone looking for a fun yet stylish car .

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

Super friendly, they make it a pleasure to buy a used car. I worked out the price for the vehicle by texting with them. Then I went in to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. They didn’t change the price like other car dealers I have dealt with. And with their financing I got a great interest rate. While I was filling out the paperwork. They went and filled the gas tank and re cleaned the car. I don’t think I will ever buy anywhere else. Oh! I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

I traded in my 2015 Mustang Gt with 127,000 miles on it for a 2017 TAURUS SHO ,,that was the only car I wanted to replace the horsepower I had in the Mustang Gt @435hp I knew that the TAURUS SHO has 365hp ...70 horsepower less than the V8 .THATS all I needed to satisfy my need for power. The 2017 Taurus SHO had 73,000 the ride is great and the car is roomy just enough for me It was bigger than i thought if you look at the stance of the car you see it's aggressive sport appearance with a huge trunk space 20 inch wheels . The accessories ohh wow let's just say it's Little brother's SE,SEL,and LIMITED don't have what the SHO has plus AWD .Ive Had the FORD FIVE HUNDRED LIMITED which was a great car didn't care for the lack of horsepower in such a big car 3.0 with 203 hp. The Taurus SHO is a sleeper sports sedan it has lots of accessories that many European cars have for that year (2017) and it can beat an AUDI A5 The TAURUS SHO was FORD FASTEST SEDAN.

It meets all the needs I have for it and will get the mileage for my daily committee. It looks good too. Paint and interior are nice too.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!
