Best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff is kind and courteous. They were not just there to sell me a car. They helped make sure it was the right car for me and my family. They went beyond to make sure everything was great before we drove off. I've had my car for about a week now, and still they are there for any questions or concerns I may have.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle was nothing short of great. From the selection of certified pre owned vehicles, the staff, the service, everything was excellent. I worked with both Michael Telep and Shawn Martinez who both were extremely professional, informative, friendly and helpful. They helped me find the exact car I have been looking for and even went out of their way to put a nice big red bow on it for my birthday! A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. And unless something else presents itself later as a better option-I’d be looking at replacing it with another Hyundai. 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback GL manual

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

We needed assistance resolving a connection issue regarding Apple CarPlay. The dealership was able to get me up an appointment fairly quickly. When I arrived for the appointment, I received a warm welcome from Henry and was told to wait for someone to help me. I probably waited about five minutes, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes by a technician who was very skilled with this function. In summary, the dealer did a great job and I will definitely go back for additional service as needed!. They were very organized, attentive to my needs, and resolved my issue.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!
