I had to wait for a couple of extras due to timing, they picked my car up, completed the work and returned it with a smile. Would recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

They were very patient with me. I changed my mind on what car I wanted like 5 times. In the end I walked away with the car I wanted

I bought a 2009 model in 2021, with 150k on the clock. Soon after, I had to replace the throttle body, the thermostat, the water pump, the brakes, and tires ( duh ) and the battery, and the front catalytic converter and the oil cooler, all fluids, bled the brakes, etc... ...I paid 3500.00 for it, and put a few thousand in it....BUT, it went 150k without any maintenance apparently...I took a chance and didn't replace the timing belt...so far so good, no carfax records...it runs and drives well, and it has been a great commuter for my wife, and I can say that it has more than paid for itself many times...way cheaper than a new car, but I am a pretty good mechanic so, ...don't be afraid of this little car...easy to work on...straight forward...transmission is great.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

Love this car, tons of power for a heavy car. Feels like you're driving a much smaller car. AWD is seamless as is the transmission. Air suspension is creamy smooth. Timeless looks, many often mistake it for a new model, as the styling is non traditional and they aren't a common sight. I think its a beautiful and very comfortable, as well as capable machine. Often receive comments praising the car.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Had this car for over a year now- Unfortunately i was tricked into thinking there was nothing wrong with it, but it turned out the specific one i owned was abused by the previous owners since 2010.. So i’ve been doing everything in my power to fix it ever since. It’s going pretty well at the moment, other than work.. ITS AN AMAZING CAR, and i love every second of the drive. It’s a big Ol’ heavy boat but it’s worth it. Trust me. By the way- this is how i feel about the SXT. Imagine being in the R/T 10/10 car, it’s nostalgic and has a nice sound to it. The gas mileage is… not its best feature. But it’s about the Journey😅

Best car I ever owned. Drove it from 12,000 miles to 207,700 miles and it's still beautiful and runs great. Take care of your car and it will take car if you. Chrystler 300 is by far the best car ever!!!

I contacted them via email and I received a quick reply back. I told them give us an hour and we saw the car and purchased it and out within an hour.

The front seats are comfortable and supportive. The 4 cyl has pep, gets 20 mph in the city at 165,000 miles and has been very reliable. When first moving in cold weather, the CVT transmission has to warm up for a couple of minutes before it smoothly shifts gears or manually shift it. It starts every time with a 5 year old battery in 0 degree weather. All in all, a good purchase.a

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Koons Toyota is always a great place to do business. I’ve been going there to buy cars and service cars for many years. I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Mr Zanelotti handled the recall repair and other work quickly and professionally. All work was on time and as estimated. Will return to Koons for service work in the future!

It meets all the needs I have for it and will get the mileage for my daily committee. It looks good too. Paint and interior are nice too.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I didn’t purchase a vehicle as of yet but plan to do so in the near future. I know I will be buying my car from branch Avenue Auto auction.

I work the GM for a few years my dad retired from GM after 32 years I started doing mechanical work on cars my dad I picked out a Cadillac 2007 DTS for him and it was on the lot in 2009 when he went and got it didn't have any miles on it I told him to trim little trim the best Cadillac in the world get it you got it he had it from 2009 until he passed 2014 and then I paid it off for my mom and she kept her 2023 last year when she passed and then became my car it's a beautiful car I've never had to replace one thing except for a headlight and it's easy you do not have to take off the bumper you have to loosen it up and you have to turn the light on a slight angle to take it out and it comes right out and I replaced that ball twice once for my dad and once for myself turn out you want to take it off and then mechanic for 20 years of killings it is a beautiful car ride for the dream I love it I'll never get rid of it I don't drive in the winter time just to summertime !

I purchaes my car new. And I love my car kept it service and it has been good to me. I have wsy over 100,000 miles and still going.
