Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I love everything about this car except for the front lower bumper, I wasn’t a big fan of so I updated it with the M Sport series style, I also Installed aftermarket 20x10 TSW Watkins wheels wrapped w/ Lionhart 255-35z-r20 tires, Tinted Windows,BMW emblem carbon fiber exhaust tips with aftermarket Bora exhaust (Not Loud), Cold Air intake and Followed by a DINAN Performance Tune kit. Lots of other extras as well, like BMW Door projector lights, Aftermarket Speaker System etc…. In my opinion, I feel that I built a car into something that I always wanted. It’s Very Fast, Reliable, Has Style, Comfortable, and I didn’t have to break the bank while doing it….

The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

By far the best car I’ve owned. It has a sleek look to it but also drives smooth and is very comfortable inside. I’ve had mine for a year and even though it has over 100,000 miles on it, I’ve never had a major problem with it. The great gas mileage and all of the features it offers are other great perks. I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and SEM had just what I wanted. They were very simplistic in their sales with no high pressure or fast talking. I either wanted the vehicle or I didn't. They answered my questions and helped me fill out the paperwork. It took a few days for the car to be ready as they had to give it their inspections and complete the paperwork, but it was ready when they said it would be. Since I was buying a used vehicle, I decided to purchase the warranty and am I glad I did. As with every older vehicle there can be maintenance problems, but SEM was extremely helpful and conscientious in making sure my vehicle was in proper working order. They were happy to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what exactly was wrong and they fixed it far better than I could have expected. Their sales and customer service are exemplary. My son needs a new car and I will be returning to SEM as I know I can expect the best sales and service.
