I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership and each time I’ve felt that they’ve worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at a price that fit into my budget! I love the no hassle experience! I walked in today to look at the 2021 RDX’s. Antonio, my salesperson, took note of what I was looking for and worked the numbers so that I was able to get the car that I wanted. Within 4 hoursof walking in, I was able to drive home with my new car! (I traded in my 2019 RDX) Extremely happy with my new RDX! Also, I shout out to Keith and his crew in the service department. Every time I bring my car in for service, they always make me feel valued and respected! Again, I highly recommend Acura of Berlin, not only to purchase vehicles but also to have them maintained and serviced!

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in all my years of purchasing cars. They understood my situation, worked hard to accommodate my needs and most importantly they knew my urgency. They made it happen and did all the leg work so I did not have to. I walked out of there with my new used vehicle, insurance and registration. I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.

Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! Just purchased my second vehicle and I will not buy a car anywhere else. The first vehicle was a 2008 Honda Accord, never had an issue with it, drove it to 200,000 miles and then sold it to a young gentleman. I recommend anybody I know work with Mike. I just purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla and it was appraised at over $4000 more than what I paid for the vehicle. Like I said I wouldn’t shop anywhere else my daughter and my girlfriend will be heading to Imports Unlimited in the very near future.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Edwin was great to work with from the beginning. He reached out shortly after I inquired about the car and scheduled a time the next day to take a test drive. I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

I brought my recently purchased car to the service center for a safety inspection. They found one issue and fixed it promptly. Overall service and communication were excellent. I will return in the future.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.
