Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Great work, great staff! I have been using Tony Mitsubishi in Clifton Park since I leased my first car several years ago, then purchased my vehicle. I am very pleased.

I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

The car was serviced properly and ahead of schedule. They took the time to show me the cause of the issue I was having and how they could resolve it for me. It has been great ever since! I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.

I4, SE, Torque Converter recall was only major problem, now pushing 377K mi. Required maintenance items, brakes, tires, this machine is built to last. Did radiator, water Pump & Alternator. Great Highway car!
