Extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. He even drove to another lot to pick up the GLA 300 so I could look at it. I went to the Criswell Nissan in Germantown, MD. You never know what to expect when going to dealerships. I went to get an oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was working well. Matthew was the person who helped me and he was very informative. I am not very knowledgeable about cars but he made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He also gave me a complimentary car wash. I will definitely be returning for any future car service I need.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

A used Toyota Prius with low mileage is hard to find. We had searched several websites, visited dealers for test drives and were getting discouraged that we would not find what we were looking for. This would be our third Prius (previous cars 2007 and 2011), so we knew what a great deal would look like. Earlier in the day we had almost bought a 2013 Prius V from another dealer, but our credit union was concerned about the price given the 69k miles. So we continued our search on Cars.com and found a 2015 Prius with low mileage at a great price at Waldorf Honda. We called to check the vehicle's availability and made our way in the rain to Waldorf around 5pm. Representative Mark Green was waiting for us when we arrived, with the car ready to test drive. Because Waldorf Honda had a certified lender relationship with our credit union the financing process went quickly. We had expected to have to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be fully detailed. But to our delight Mark Green had arranged to have the car cleaned and fresh (previous owner was a smoker) while we were in with finance and we were able to drive our 2015 Prius. YES, our days of 50 miles to the gallon driving have returned.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

Collision Center - Service was fantastic from start to finish. We purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Si at Safford Brown Honda Glen Burnie. We're so happy with how the purchase went that when we were rear-ended, we went straight there to get it fixed. We were not disappointed. The Collision Center did a great job fixing our vehicle and handling the insurance. Shelby explained the process and kept us informed. Catherine, Service Advisor, was always prompt and available. I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Big shout out to the team at Koons Toyota for making me and my mother very happy. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were taken care of. Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.
