I was quite pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at Subaru of Kings Automall. Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

Traded a Mercedes S Class for the Genesis 4.6 w/tech pkg when it first came out in 2009. Other than one set of tires and a battery...no faults whatsoever. Ride is better than “S” Class. 4.6 lt V8 is smooth and powerful. You simply can’t beat the value.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

The car has all the bells and whistles and is a lot more comfortable and quiet than the E-Class we had. The engine is more powerful and we love the design.

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

He was very friendly, professional, proactive with getting all our questions answered/addressing our concerns, created an easy straight forward buying process, and went out of his way to give us the best experience. Donald coordinated with multiple co-workers (his manager, loaner worker, detailing worker, financial worker, etc.) to sort out details during the buying process and getting a large scratch fixed on our car (which looks amazing now). Not only are we happy with our recent used CRV purchase from Mercedes Benz but we are grateful for the thorough services we received from our car salesman Donald! This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

Wanted to upgrade from a Mazda3 (my 2nd) to more luxury and I got it with the Mazda6. Beautiful styling. Absolutely the most reliable and easy to care for car I have ever owned. Never fear to be on the road and I love the gas mileage.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.
