Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Went to Kia to look for a new car and was pleased to leave and know I would have a great reliable car ready in a few days with them doing all the registry work. Brian helped us out and we left with a new Sportage. Very pleasant people . We have also dealt with Syed who was also professional . Would recommend anyone to come here not pushy like other dealerships.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I purchased my GT turbo - automatic in 2021 as 2022 model and my only regret was that didn’t wait for the cooling seats package. Great looking vehicle with above average performance and great fuel efficiency. It’s one of the best affordable sports sedans in the market and one of the few where you can actually fit a 6’ adult in the backseat. I’m looking to add another with my desired package soon.

This is my second brand new purchase at this dealership and I recommend it to everyone. The sales staff is great along with the service department is exceptional. Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

My Forte is beautiful paid under 23000. and got a car with alot of options other dealers would have charged you for looks great and performs well, i have read other reveiws that slam the kia brand but they have come a long way

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This place is the best. I first started off by meeting Junior who was able to have Carly help me with my car. Carly was so very helpful and didnt feel like he pressured me. I fell in love with the 2023 Honda Pilot TrailSport as i seen it almost 2 months ago at another location but it was a model. But unfortunately that place and every other Honda place couldn't get me this vehicle until July, which was very disappointing. I gave up and 2 weeks ago I wet to Toyota to get me a highlander. I was told about this location and called them up and said they had one coming May 30 which I was unsure and it was too good to be true. Saturday 5/13 I went and Carly and Junior they both were so fantastic and amazing. I finally met Sam the financial advisor who was also amazing. Today (5/15) my mother and I went to finalize paper work today and he made it a smooth process. Smooth fast transaction. Went in on a tuesday and on thursday I went back to pick up my car with the plates on it , with gas , oil change sticker and also they went through it at the mechanic shop. Two weeks later it got scraped at the grocery store went back, they touched it up for free and gave me recommedations to a body shop if i wanted it painted. Great Guys!!

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.
