My husband and I did NOT want to buy our 2nd Prius (bought the first new) from a dealer. This 2010 Prius with low mileage was pristine. Dave Duda was no pressure and went the extra mile to get the car to Flemington from Doylestown for us to see. I knew we weren't interested in any additional packages for the car like service agreements, roadside assistance, etc. but felt I had to sit through them with a manager. I didn't like that part. No pressure but I knew I wasn't going to buy any of them so...why bother? Dave is your guy!

Went in to get a recall taken care of on my ID.4 and to get a 60,000 mile check-up. They even threw in a free wash. The service was professional as always. Modern and comfortable facility. I was able to get some work done using their Wi-Fi as I waited.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I almost bought a BMW 325i, 40 years ago. My new BMW M340ix is perfect on looks, feel, handling, drivability, power and size. I guess what they say is so true; Better late than never. power and size! I have heard some horror stories about getting your car serviced at the dealer. I must admit Andrew made my experience much better than expected, I anticipated to pay much more than I did but Andrew made me feel at ease. I felt that he was there to make this process as easy as possible for me he was able to get me in a loaner vehicle when they were short on loaner vehicles! I had some extensive damage done to my vehicle and I know it was not going to be cheap, he worked with me to make sure that the vehicle will be fixed right and I must admit the vehicle drives much better! and I am satisfied, Andrew kept me updated through the process even when I saw him working he looked so busy his customer service never lacked! Once again Andrew thanks so much and when it's time to get into another vehicle I will definitely choose BRIDGEWATER BMW! What I do notice is if you conduct the proper maintenance on these wonderful machines they will run great for a long time! See you guys soon hopefully to get me in that 760 BMW I fell in LOVE with it, the technology appears to be unmatched!

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. Where to start? Maybe the best and most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. Joe Ippolito is truly tops in his field. The entire staff really went out of there way to make us feel like family. I'm the proud owner of a new Santa Fe and the process was absolutely painless. Kudos all around!

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!
