Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

I think my first review was sent unfinished will try again.I ordered a Mercedes GL two months ago to be build as I wanted. I was given a trade in price promise of a very low interest rate. My new car came near the date promised and built exactly as I ask. I had put more miles on my trade than would have been normal. Still got my original trade price and was given retail value for tax title. My new loan had been prearranged, no hassle for extras at closing I was on my way in half an hour. My excellent salesman Barry Wilson , as he knew I was in a hurry gave me the basic on the car with the promise I would return in two days for explanation of every detail. I knew I would have more questions. This is my twelfth new Mercedes in twenty years. I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

This car is basically a suited up Honda Accord of it's time. It was actually sold as an Accord in Europe during this time. It's a great vehicle with amazing reliability. However, right around 150-160K miles you will most likely need to re-do the timing chain as I did recently (~$1500). A very common issue in this 2.4L motor. I bought my 2010 with 30K miles on it out of a lease and currently have 160K miles on it. I've only had to do regular maintenance and the car still runs great.

2025 Sonata SEL/AWD this car is so comfortable and spacious, the all wheel drive gives you a multi link rear suspension thats smooth and ride quality is great. engine is 2.5 l4 and has plenty of power , so far gas milage is very good. i am 6'3 and very comfortable highly recommend it over Camry,Accord,Altima.

I recently purchased a 2019 4Runner from Toyota South. It's been 16 years since I've bought a vehicle and, I must say, the entire experience was the best I've ever had. Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

Review from a current 09 is250 owner who wishes he was told these things before buying. It’s small but spacious enough to fit the very basic things. Seats don’t fold down in the rear I never knew that before I bought it so keep that in mind. With that being said the trunk is very large for what you need to put in there on a daily basis. Models before 2010 don’t have Bluetooth music. Engine is a bit more powerful then you think when you first see 2.5L V6 but the torque is really the winner with handling in performance for that category of the car. Car takes 91 octane as a minimum at the gas pump don’t buy a Lexus and cheap out on gas or good oil. Car is great for a basic modification platform if your a young guy looking to get into modding aftermarket is pretty great. If your looking at any of these 2006-2012 IS models CHECK FOR STICKY DASH!!!!!! For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but it does get annoying sometimes if you live in hotter climates. Speaker system is great if you get the mark levinson package in yours. Steering is great as most people say. Gas mileage I get is 26 MPG combined city and highway with shell 91 gas in my tank. Car is great at what it’s meant to do but make sure if your wanting enough power to keep up with most v6 engines (go with the is350) or enough cargo room to go to ikea or Home Depot (go with the gs350). Also if your looking for the is250 for a basic commuter car make sure as soon as you purchase it do this list :Oil change and filter buy high quality oil ( if you live in a warm climate put only 10W-30 oil because the stock 5W recommendation will fail you and the car will burn it all off and run horribly) because yes the 250 burns oil, get the K&N high flow air filter it helps just give the car a little more air to feel a bit faster which helps in this slow thing, general inspection at your local mechanic for rust or general part ware, new headlights because most are fogged from 06-2012 or get headlight clear by McGuires.

This car is fuel efficient and a fun roadster. Convertible top makes summer evenings always fun. Wouldn't recommend for king family trips due to size compact. But for the daily, can't beat it.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.
