If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

The sales person, Maddix, was very personable and worked hard on our transaction. Others, sales experience and finance Director were good to work with as well and were transparent.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I use the Penske service department to keep my G80 in tip top shape. They are efficient, cost effective and great comnunicators when it comes to what your car needs and the best cost that they can provide for service and repairs. After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
