Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.
