This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Very happy this dealer is so professional. I recomend them all day long. Go see them as soon as possible.

Love this I live in West Virginia and would prefer to drive the Mazda 6 over any 4 wheel drive vehicle. It goes so amazing in the snow
