We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

Absolutely amasing dealership. When I reached out to them about a vehicle they had, I had some very strict guidelines for what I wanted, what I could spend and what i had to put down. All of which was far outside the realm of possibility, considering my credit was not so great. Or so I thought. Milton was not discouraged in the least and put in serious work to make it happen for me. I was never pressured to consider another vehicle, tho he did offer a couple of options. He was great at communicating throughout the whole process about his attempts with different lenders and what documents I would need to provide him with. I have to say, he was far more confident than I was! And in the end, I only had to pay a slightly higher down payment, but got lower monthly payments and got the truck I wanted! Everyone at the dealership was very professional, yet welcoming. There was never any pressure, at all. We drove 2 hours to finalise the deal and actually had to wait awhile because MIlton wouldn't let the truck go until it was clean and had had a more than thorough final inspection and servicing. It is also obvious from their inventory, when you're there, that they handpick only the best. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car! We will be replacing another car next year, and I won't consider going anywhere else! Thank you Milton! And all your associates who helped make this happen!

Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

In the past I have always bought a new vehicle and this was the first time ever that I have bought a used vehicle and I must say that I was skeptical at first not knowing what I was getting myself into. Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I purchased a used 2018 750i after owning a 2014 Audi S8. I was looking for a more luxurious ride, and trust me, I found it. The 750 is a whale that moves like a dolphin. I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

I live in a different state and I wanted to buy this particular car without even seeing it in person. I had some contact with a salesman but I asked foe a walk around and that never happened. So why put it on a national stage.this would have been an easy sale. Kinda of left me standing...I assumed they were in the business to sell cars..very disappointed 😞..

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.
