We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

I went to this dealership with my son just to look around so I can get some idea on how much used full size trucks are going for. I liked the selection and the prices were reasonable. I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

I bought my car three years ago. I am very impressed with the smoothness of the drive, reliability, and features. With over 170,000 miles, primarily maintenance items only. Are dealers in repair shops will try to charge more based on the vehicle, but maintenance is quite easy and inexpensive if you do them yourself. It is important to regularly change the oil and filter every 5000 to 7500 miles to keep it operating smoothly. Only non-maintenance repairs include front CV shafts ($160), Control Arm ($110) and Fuel Pump ($140) which I found videos on YouTube and completed within two hours each. Regular oil and filter changes ($30) take 15 minutes and very easy to access. If you don’t mind doing the work yourself, the car is inexpensive to keep and maintain, gets good gas mileage (28mpg), drives excellent, and looks great.

We bought this used car in 2020 with 23K miles. We now have 47K with absolutely no problems. Great ride. 35 to 45 MPG depending on how I drive. It has plenty of power for the 80 mph freeways. I take it out of "ECO" drive for faster excelleration (IE merging). Great sound system. Plenty of trunk space. I would buy another.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff!

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. After about an hour and a half later, I drove it back to Rhode Island. Thank you Mullinex staff and Salesman Duke! All the best!

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.
