Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

Found truck online. Contacted dealer and spoke with Chris a sales rep for the dealer went over what I was looking to do and what I would not do. Never stepped foot in the dealer. Within 2hrs Zach in finance contacted me and the deal was done. My wife went and picked up the truck a couple of days later and everything was ready to go. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

We drove down from Philadelphia because they had the best priced BMW X7 on the market that had the right options for us. The entire transaction took under an hour and a half. We left with an incredible vehicle for the right price. The dealership is gorgeous. Everything looks brand new. The staff is incredible and they have made a customer for life. I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. He was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions about the car and the sales process and worked closely with my lender all while out of state. He worked diligently to find answers to all of my complicated questions, taking lots of time. Unfortunately, the deal fell through to no fault of Mike. We received a comparable offer on the exact same car at a dealer much closer to our home (where Warminster is a little over two hours away and out of state). I strongly recommend that you work with Mike when searching for a car. He was honest, trustworthy, and thorough in giving me all of the information to make an informed decision. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

He answered every question and welcomed family to the showroom for the 6 week delay. Jim, the supervisor/finance guy was also helpful in finding the best rate. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Really a great experience and awesome selection of cars. A++ dealer for used high end cars!

I'm currently the owner of the 2021 E53 and it's my second MB. I chose this specific car because I enjoy the E-class size, functionality, and finishes. My other MB is a diesel E350 so jumping into this AMG was a big change but I don't regret it. Fast, nimble, head turner, high end customization and finishes are noteworthy. Expect a somewhat rougher ride than non-AMG but that is to be expected with the sport tuned suspension and run flat tires. The matte finish hides dirt and easily and is maintainable. I choose to hand wash the car. Expect this car to last and perform with regular scheduled maintenance. I use a trusted import mechanic for most of the maintenance and the dealer for very specific issues such as a fast blinking turn light problem I had. The transmission shifts can be rough if in sport mode, coming to a complete stop and then taking off. It seems like the trans needs a minute to get back to 1st gear. Other than that, the car is a rocket. I haven't used the track mode yet or unlocked drift mode but I will soon. I can recommend this car, knowing the quality of MB is top notch. All cars will have issues and MB isn't immune to this but you're paying for the performance, fit, and SAFETY. These cars are built like tanks with over engineering in mind. I appreciate that detail and that is why I continue to be a MB loyalist.

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

2011 4.6 v8. Bought used 5 years ago with 80k. Now has 111k. Regular maintenance, replacement alternator and battery. That’s it. Got tired of unreliable, super expensive repairs with bmw and Mercedes’. Car is 90% driving feel of my 540i and 400 e. Without the headache of finding a shop that can fix it. Put magma flows on it. Sounds great and it is really quick for a boat. Make sure the abs module was done under recall? And change the transmission fluid! Hemi chargers chew on the rear view mirrors of this thing!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!
