Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

They have the best deals and our salesman Fernando Meza helped us get the car I wanted! The facility is clean and everyone is extra nice. They even had toys for kids to play with while you wait. I recommend this Kia to everyone.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

The salesman, Robbie Irvin was nice, respectful and not pushy. I felt like I was making the decisions for myself. The finance process takes too long. We were there over 5 hours.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! He was even able to beat Eglin FCU's rate! I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck in less than an hour! 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

The alternator on my wife's Kia gave up on a Friday afternoon. We had it towed to Step One, where Zach saw to it that it was diagnosed on Monday and fixed by Tuesday. The quick turnaround was important because we were 800 miles from home and at the end of our vacation. Many thanks Zach!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I have done business with Davie and Stev e for the last 8 years. In that time, I purchased a pristine 2018 Toyota Tacoma that was excellent condition and priced very competitively. In fact, the local Toyota store offered me $1200 more for it 4 months later when having an oil change. This was a cash offer. So yes, great truck and amazing price. Recently they sold my son's car on consignment. The y netted us about 1500 more than any other dealer offer to pay for it. This was a WIN-WIN-WIN! Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg
