Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Eduardo is the best service writer. I came in for a recall repair and maintenance. It was a very good experience and felt like it was a very welcoming atmosphere. They even have a nice little shop to get some food while you wait. Thank you I will be back!

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Once again Napoli came through for me I was able to trade my 2019 Optima that I bought from them they paid my loan and put me in a 2025 Seltos the perfect car for me. They gave a great deal all around the sales staff was amazing as was management. I would recommend Napoli to anyone. Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

This was a return visit because the work requested wasn?t completed as promised the first time. They did a good job of cleaning and returning the vehicle in a timely manner but would have been nice to have it done as requested on the first day the service was requested.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.
