Zina was my salesperson and she even kept watch and did checks to try and find the exact car I wanted. She was above and beyond any other salesperson I've experienced in the car business. Darnell helped to narrow down what I needed to do to get what I wanted. We decided to order just that and it was a wonderful experience all around. They gave me updates and kept me informed throughout the process. When the car came in I was treated like a VIP and had a smooth process getting paperwork completed for the best deal. Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

An amazingly refined automobile. From 22 point massage seats to the Bang and Olufsen sound system. Just amazing. All outside noise is kept from the passengers with double walked shatter proof glass. The 520 Hp Twin Turbo V8 puts you into supercar territory. In a 1/4 mile, this car will eat almost any older American car in bone stock fashion. Most other of every model as well. If you want to have fun go on YouTube and do a search for Audi S8 eats super cars. It even handily does away with its wicked little brother, the R8. Of course, the driver makes the difference too. Nice selection of trucks and vehicles with a very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Caleb and Rick were great. There was no pressure in the sales/buying process, all my questions were answered in a professional manner and there were no surprises when I signed the final paperwork. Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well. Not a pushy salesman, just a very nice man who treats people right. I’d definitely tell my friends going there is worth the trip and to ask for John. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I had to get this LX570 since it is the last year of the mighty 5.7L V8. Traded my GX460 for it and while GX was a very nice truck, this one is on a whole different level. Comfort? Superb! Power? Gobbles of it! Seating position? Supreme! Fuel economy? LOL! If you buy a 5.7L V8 4WD 6000lbs SUV and worry about fuel economy - you just bought a wrong car! Sell it and buy a Prius! If it remains reliable I intend to keep it for the next 10+ years! Yes market is crazy right now and gas prices are through the roof, but if you ever wanted to have a tough off-road V8 beast dressed in a fine suit - this is your last chance to grab one of those in pristine condition.

I love this car I bought it for my wife for her Birthday and she just loves it. The ride is great and all the extras it has it perfect

The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.
