My husband and I had the best experience here! I've been a customer for years, owning several vehicles and using the parts and maintenance shop for different things. For this visit, we were able to purchase a 2022 Toyota Rav 4. We had several options picked out from weeks of research, so we got ahold of a representative for one we were interested in. Aaron Bunderson was the one who drew the short straw to help us. My husband and I are a HARD sell; we do our research, ask all the hard questions, and have very specific needs. My husband is also a seasoned mechanic and knows his stuff. Aaron was not intimidated and super genuine and comfortable answering and gathering answers to everything we threw at him. It was like talking to an old trusted friend. If only all the other dealers were like this. We've had some very bad experiences in other dealerships. Aaron did a wonderful job for us and fought for us to be happy from beginning to end. He is definitely an advocate for the customer and works hard to do a great job. I will now send everyone I know to buy a car from him. We also had the pleasure of working with Clara Thorson for our financing. We had a particular lender in mind, and she went above and beyond to help us secure that lender with the best rate they offered, waiting an extra hour for them to adjust the rate to reflect our excellent credit. We were completely ecstatic with the excellent service we received from Aaron, Clara, Ty Camphouse in the maintenance garage, and the guys at the parts counter. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I was impressed how well I can see out of the car at all angles. It is difficult for me to turn my body due to neck, hip and back problems. I am 5'10" and have very long legs. This car also has alot of head and leg room. My daughter rides comfortably in her booster seat in the middle seat. I feel I have more control and better handling with this car then any other. I have had a Honda Accord, Volvo XC90, Toyota Corolla and Cadillac Deville in recent years. My only complaint is the front seats are uncomfortable. (My other car is a Deville which feels like a recliner.) There isn't anything fancy about the car but I just have the base model. I am happy with all the features and the gas mileage is awesome. There is a ton on truck space.

I visited Murdock and one other car dealership before I went to Rich's and all of the salesmen were complete crooks. If they weren't showing me vehicles that I could not afford, they were changing the prices of 20 year old vehicles with max mileage. After hours of Murdock being me, I finally made my way to Rich's and was amazed at how helpful Jacob, Steven, and Rich were. I am a single mother with less than perfect credit and this staff bent over backwards to make it work. They found me a vehicle for a great price with payments that I can afford. Not only was my experience at the dealership absolutely amazing but after the fact they have continued to take care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed after I drove the car off of the lot and they simply told me to take the car into car smart and they would cover the cost. I got a copy of the work that was done and the bill that was being charged to Rich's and I almost started crying. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to afford that out of my pocket and I would have again been without a save and working vehicle. I am astonished at how respectful, honest, and kind Jacob and the rest of the staff at Rich's are. I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the valley

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.
