This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

Nick and his brother were awesome. Nick is mellow, no pressure, but absolutely professional. I tested him with a few things I'd learned from You Tube and he was right on top of it. We talked for a while and I found out Nick is a family man. In fact, the business name is derived from his son's first name. And yep, he gave me a real good deal. Julian helped us secure the exact model and trim we had been looking for as soon as it became available. He quickly responded to both emails and texts, answering our questions and addressing any concerns that arose as we came to an agreement on the purchase. During our drive to the dealership Julian kept us updated on the vehicle's preparation and even sent us pictures of the newly washed car that awaited us. When we finally met in person he was very professional and courteous while walking us through the paperwork, explaining the features of the car, and patiently answering any questions we had.
