Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Great deal on a used auto
I recently purchased a used auto from 443 Auto Sales in Lehighton, PA. The sales rep. was Truck. Truck is a very personable guy. I told him which car I was interested in and he was ready to to tell me what he knew about it and answered my questions. There was no hard sell. He was wearing a USMC ball cap and I asked him if he was a vet. He said yes and told me that he served in Panama. I told him that I was in the Army and did a tour in Vietnam . We bonded instantly. After we did the road test, we opened the hood. Truck immediately noticed a liquid substance near the manifold and looked around for any leaks. He couldn't find one, but he was still concerned. He talked to the owner about it and the owner said they would find the leak and fix it. Truck showed a great deal of interest in satisfying my needs and wasn't trying to push the sale or get me interested in another auto. I am 70 years old and he made me feel very comfortable with the sale. Sooo...if you are veteran and looking for a great used car, give 443 Auto Sales and Truck a try at 2848 Blakeslee Blvd. You will find out he is a man of integrity and will help you find the right auto or truck for you.
