I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. To top it off, George scrounged up some swag to put a smile on my daughters face (as well as my wife) and now our cat is groomed with Subaru brush. If you are interested in a new Subaru, please do yourself the favor of giving DCH Subaru of Riverside a chance. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Very good experience. Our salesperson, Rylee Davenport, was amazing. She was very respectful and orifessional. In fact, that can be said of all the personnel(Zane and Andrew) I came in contact with. This was the most pleasant buying experiences i have ever had.

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Had issues with my new 2025 Ram, visited dealership at 4:30 Heather service writer, looked at vehicle found had bad cells in the battery immediately took truck into bay and had battery replaced. Rate her a solid 10. Don Winkleman.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I went in this past Saturday to test drive a car and the associate I worked with was amazing. Not pushy... Very personable and friendly! He happened to be very knowledgeable about and really liked this particular car so he postponed his family vacation for a couple of hours to work with me. His co-worker who did my financials was also very easy to work with! He and various other associates were forthcoming with tips and pointers on how I could save myself some money. I was in and out in about two hours... On a Saturday , no less! I would absolutely go back to them!

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

In Today's seller market, the Davis staff did everything in their power to make our purchase of an Equinox as easy as possible as well as affordable as possible. I like the no pushy sale. They explained and let you decide. It helps to have salesmen who are experts in cars. and they do have those. I would pay them a visit for my next purchase, even if just to ask about a brand they dont carry. You will not regret it.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Other services were due but I was able to work with serviceman to take care of the more pressing matters on this visit.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.
