I was looking for a car similar to the one that I already had and noticed that dealership had what I was looking for!! I flew in to Chicago and John picked me up from the airport. He drove me around showing me where Michael Jordan lives along the way to the dealership. When we got to the dealership I was greeted by his son's whom work with him at the dealership. We sat down , he discussed the everything about the vehicle to me ( which he previously did over the phone) he showed me pictures of he and his kids and some of the Hot Rod's he had/ he sold ( my father and I are/ were also into Hot Rod's) We all had some laughs about his boys driving Hot Rod's to high school and what is teachers thought about it back then. I gave him the remaining balance due and I signed the papers for the vehicle. While sitting there listening to John (the owner) along with listening to his son's.. I thought, WOW... WHAT A GREAT FAMILY ....NOT TO MENTION A GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! Before leaving informed me that he had driven the vehicle and let me know ahead of time everything about the vehicle and basically told me that it was a solid car and that I can easily without any problems drive it back to Maryland (Germantown - which I did of course)--- without any problems-- whatsoever!!!!!!!! To conclude this review, I will say this. John and his son's offer you a phenomenal experience when you go to their dealership and here are just some of the reasons; THEY ARE HONEST, UP FRONT, NO HASSLE, CARING, FRIENDLY, TRULY WARM ..... I can really continue to on about my experience with the family here at this dealership..... above everything.... it made me TRULY FEEL THAT I HAVE A FRIEND IN CHICAGO!!!!!!! 2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

I4, SE, Torque Converter recall was only major problem, now pushing 377K mi. Required maintenance items, brakes, tires, this machine is built to last. Did radiator, water Pump & Alternator. Great Highway car!

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

This car met all our needs. Love the color and the interior design. Alloy wheels are very nice. Engine performance is excellent. Ride is very smooth and quiet.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I bought the 2015 cx5 used a few months ago with 88k miles on it. Based on my research it should last up to 300k miles with regular maintenance and non aggressive driving. I have the grand touring trim in all black. It's a very good looking vehicle inside and out. Placement of gauges is very good and buttons/functions are easy to access. Temperature functions are simple and work really well. Good venting. Windshield wipers work fine but the intermittent timer sometimes seems to fluctuate either based on speed of the car or there's something malfunctioning. I can't tell to be honest. Storage is good and there's enough pockets, compartments and spaces for personal items. Overall the look and feel seems right on the bubble of being luxury. The handling is on the stiffer side made to give a feel of performance which it does. I get a pretty strong connection with the road. The turns are tight. It feels good to drive and it's even fun though I don't push that. I used to have a Mazda protege in the 90's and it gave that handling excitement despite its modest power. The cx5 reminds me why I liked that car. The lag when pressing hard on the gas is a bit annoying and the 0-60 time seems a bit slow for the 184hp 2.5l engine but once it gets into it's power band it goes. Gas mileage is very good imo. I get 26 mpg combined city/highway. Seats are comfortable enough though I might have chosen the touring model for the cloth seats instead of leather because items slide off the seats and I notice some wear and stitching tears that I'll need to have repaired. The adjustments with the seats are very good I think. I like the lumbar support. The hatchback works well but I would have appreciated an automatic open/close function. I haven't had a large hatchback before and it's a bit annoying having to force the closing if I have items in my hand. 1st world criticism certainly. The biggest issue with this model year (and I think all models up to 2018(?) is the gps and entertainment unit. It uses the old TomTom navigation system which is very clunky and too frustrating to bother with. I use my phone instead. The entertainment system works well enough but I'm surprised it included a CD player even in 2015. I don't listen to the radio or have a Sirius subscription so I mostly Bluetooth connect my phone for streaming music and navigation. It shouldn't be necessary with an integrated system already in place but the installed system is that bad. It's all made worse by the Bluetooth tech. It often disconnects for no reason and sometimes takes a minute or longer for the system to recognize my phone. Sometimes it will be connected but there's no sound, again for no reason I can see. Usually these issues happen at start up and once I'm driving a few minutes it works fine. If I watch a video on phone there's a big latency lag from the phone to the stereo. It's big enough that it's unwatchable since a mouth moves but the sounds come later. I have to disconnect bluetooth when watching a video which is a major annoyance. I'm planning on replacing the stereo head unit in the future which hopefully will solve all these problems. Overall it's really a great car.

I bought a 2016 SL used in 2017 from the dealer. It has a lot of great features. The SL model rides and handles a lot better then lower models. Good inside room for passengers and storage. Pretty good gas mileage and pickup for the size. No CVT issues so far that I've heard of. Suggest you pay attention to CVT maintenance as it requires more service than your standard geared transmission. I got that from a 2015 Juke I still own. Renewed maintenance resolved the dreaded CVT "stumble".

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.
