My first Subaru, I enjoy the power from the interior space is good. My only regret was not get the 8 passenger. I bought the ascent that has the second row bucket seats.I would rather have the second row as a bench

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

Beautiful vehicle. Plenty of power, excellent braking. Fit and finish is outstanding. More headroom that other SUV's we drove. Right size for us, plenty of room in a midsize+ vehicle. Love the 4-wheel drive. Highly recommend.

My 2020 Subaru Outback, purchased at Glanzmann (10-20-20) was in the Service dept. for repairs from 4-24-23 to 6-16-23. When I finally got it back it had barely 1/4 tank of gas in it & a cover to a compartment below the dashboard had not been replaced & was sitting on the front seat instead. I. E. Buckman It had

This is one of the best cars I have ever driven, and at 82, having driven for sixty four years, I have owned or leased one of almost everything. Subaru, in my opinion, is the best product there is. My dealership in Tucson is an award winning find, and now that this is my fourth Dubsru in thevv CB last six years, I can truly say I have found a great car.

Corey Fitzpatrick was a wonderful sales person. He was not pushy at all. He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it. We bought this because of the great experience that we have had with a 2020 Forester Touring and expect this car to be solid reliable as well. BUT - I am on my second example of this vehicle, in Onyx Touring trim, because the first one delivered to me had a serious internal engine defect that was causing a plume of oil smoke occasionally at startup. Subaru finally decided after a month that they would replace the original vehicle. This defect is not typical, as far as I can tell. Aside from that, the acceleration is quite good, even though the throttle is very touchy at take off. By the way, you CAN get 20 mpg or so out of it if you are careful, but expect only about 18.5 miles to the gallon on average if you have a heavy foot, because spooling up the turbo makes it suck fuel like a dragster. The car has a quality feel to it and is comfortable and quiet. The digital rearview mirror is a plus if you carry a lot of cargo because it displays the rear camera image instead of a convention mirror. The front seats are very supportive and have a lumbar support with both vertical and depth adjustment. The rear captain seats are excellent. The Ascent couples the Driver Monitoring System with the Lane Centering System, which will cause disabling of lane centering if the Driver Monitor System fails to recognize a driver. This is the only real irritation that I have with the driver assist functions. To be frank, I have seen more features on other vehicles in this price class, like, specifically, power folding third row seats and power steering column adjustments, which aren't even available on an Ascent, but overlooked that in favor of the expected durability. Since we already own the 2020 Forester, we have become accustomed to the Subaru quirks, like a poor user interface for the infotainment system, which we bypass by using Apple Car Play, and the persistent seatbelt alarms that are somewhat akin to riding around with an overprotective mother, but there are ways around that. Be aware that the oil change interval for the 2.5 litre turbo engine is only 6000 miles and Subaru recommends synthetic motor oil as well, so maintenance costs will probably be higher than other vehicles.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

Friendly sales staff. Ken Montgomery helped me complete the sales but the other staff members were also very helpful.

Communication was great. They sent additional videos of the car and when asked about any cosmetic defects were completely honest and showed them in the video. Also discussed their detailer that comes on Thursdays. Didn’t end up purchasing from them but they were very good to deal with.

Angelo was a great listener, patient and worked for me as his customer getting me a fantastic deal. He went above and beyond to help me every step of the way.
