Went to the service center for breaking issue and had a pleasure working with Nikki French. She's awesome! She took a time to listen to my concern and explained the whole process and possible cost, made sure I was well informed every step. Although they couldn't find any error on my car, she took extra time to make sure my car is running safe. Everyone at Subaru service center is nice, but Nikki is truly exceptional! After working with Reynolds Subaru in Lyme, CT for many years, we moved to Maine and needed to find a new dealership. I didn't think we would find a dealership that would provide the same level of service. We live between Saco and Portsmouth and had planned to visit both dealerships. We went to Patriot Subaru in Saco first and opted not to go to the dealership in Portsmouth. We met Mike Avery, a seasoned salesperson, and connected immediately. Mike believed in educating rather than selling which was what we were preferred. We bought a 2025 Forester with the plan to replace our 2023 Outback with a new vehicle when our lease was up. When we called Mike, he explained that he had retired but had a lot of faith in Jason Thach, a relatively new salesperson, who Mike had helped train before leaving. Jason was knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and patient. The sales process was a very good experience. When we picked up the car, Jason introduced us to Anthony Richards whose job it is to fully explain the features of the car and answer our questions. Anthony (Ant) was thorough and understandable. He truly did a great job. Overall, we definitely recommend Patriot Subaru in Saco, Maine. Ask for Jason Thach if you are in the market for a new car.

Jason Thach was great to work with. We were able to negotiate everything over email beforehand, so that when I stepped in to the dealership all I had to do was test drive my Crosstrek and then hand over a check. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from Patriot again.

Got a great deal on a 2017 outback. Worked with Nick in sales, but everyone I met there was super nice and welcoming. Never felt pressured or like they were babysitting me. Tons of cars to choose from, and they also gave me a higher appraisal on my sunk cost trade in than two previous dealers. When it comes time to get another car, I'll definitely make the trek back from Michigan to do business with this team. A+

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. The refreshments were delicious, the bathrooms were clean and the entire atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly! This is the place to buy a Subaru if you are in Maryland!
