I had a specific trim and color that I wanted, and saw “my car” listed as “in transit” on their website. I contacted them via text, they quoted me a fair price, gave them a deposit to hold the car, and then was patient enough to wait for it to arrive. They also offered me a fair price for my trade. Ron, Jared and Barney were all terrific: they were knowledgeable, no pressure, and transaction went off without any surprises. Their follow up has been very good, too.

When our old Subaru broke down driving back from Jackson Hole to Tahoe, we had no idea how we were getting home. Luckily, thanks to Sarah and the team at Wackerli Subaru, they got us hooked up with a 2020 Subaru Impreza with low miles for a very fair price. My name is Mark Staves. My wife and I were driving home when the engine light on our car went on. The car is a Subaru Forester 2014. Took the car to Shaller Subaru in Berlin, Connecticut Patrick Conniff, the service manager was courteous knowledgeable check the warrantees did the analysis what there should be done, come to find out the transmission valve body was defective. It was actually after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but he still managed to get the car in the part was on a shelf had the part put into the car and we were on our way by 5 o’clock at no charge, because he checked and made sure that the warranty was still in place for that part even though the car had 130+ thousand miles.cannot say enough about quality of service in which Patrick provided. Best service agent I have worked with.
