Absolutely wonderful customer service, any service industry could take note of their excellence. I came in for service, was able to get an appointment the same day and also offers discounts for certain times and days. The facilities were very nice with coffee and tea. They offered an Uber to the mall so I could get some last minute Christmas shopping done. Would highly recommend!

It was overall a great experience and was exactly what I was looking for when I went to go buy a car not overwhelming at all

12/10/25 First time using TriCity Subaru service department for my '22 Outback. Great experience. Danielle at the service desk was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication via texts with her throughout the day that my car was there. Very flexible on scheduling an appointment, including drop off and pick up times. I will definitely use Tri City again for future service needs. Highly recommend.

We went almost at the end of their shift. Because of the passion and friendly attitude we ended up buying a car. Which completed around 9:00 PM

My visit was a regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Plus a tire among other tires have not been keeping air even though valve stems were replaced by other place. They detected the problem and fixed it. I have always had wonderful service from Subaru in Somersworth.

This is my third Subaru purchased at Milford Subaru. I wouldn?t go any other place. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly and are helpful in every way during the buying process.

Vehicle went in for 15,000 check with I thought was a minor question. After 1 1/2 hours Bret came into the waiting room to explain the techs findings and solution. He let me know it would be another 1 1/2 to finish and continued to offer a ride home. Very efficient and thorough with explanations and very kind knowing the time it took. all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was.
