My cars transmission was faulty. Due to some previous bad luck the service department gave me a fantastic deal on a new transmission and repaired bearings in my rear wheel. My car >150000 miles is now running like new. They gave me a free loaner in the interim. Happy

Although I purchased my Subaru out of state, I brought it into Garavelle for service for the first time today. After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

Raju the used car manager made the hole experience easy. I came to them from p.a and they didn't waste my time did all the paperwork on line so everything was ready once I got there.

Dave Novik was my sales person. I had experienced a bad accident and was traumatized. I needed a car and was referred to Dave. I do not like high pressure salesmen and it doesn't work for me. Dave was very accommodating to my interests in a car. He went out of his way to discuss my interests and needs in a car. He spent much time discussing various pros of each car I looked at. I never felt pressured. As a result, this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I highly recommend Dave if you're interested in buying a car. I love my crosstec subaru!
