I had done my research beforehand and sales associate Jon Scarafile was super helpful in ordering me the exact vehicle I wanted. Every step of the process after that was easy and efficient and I got a great price. When the vehicle was delivered, Jon made sure that I was familiar with the technology and set up my Android phone connection for me. Finance Manager Ryan Donahue made a necessarily complex finance process quick and painless. The entire process from ordering to financing and delivery probably took no more than 2-3 hours total. This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

Hello, I'm writing this review because I am just ridiculously pleased with the service from Subaru of Morristown. The people in there always pleasant, they always seem to like their jobs and it shows the way they handle their customers. I never have an issue, if I need a loaner it is given to me immediately without any issues whatsoever. I've been to a lot of new car dealerships and once you walk out the door they don't want to know you anymore. These guys are the opposite, the communication is top-notch and I usually do not do reviews but I had to for this place. Thank you Morristown Subaru you guys are awesome.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.
